We started with a simple insight from our operating and corporate buy-side experience: technology companies do not often get the advice and insight they deserve to achieve optimal exits.
Typical investment banks run a heavy, "one-size-fits-all” process that focuses on selling financials. But many companies have technology, people, and products to offer, not large scale P&L's.
